Last Chance Boot Camp is a personal training group that workout 2 to 6 times per week. Unlike other “Boot Camps” all of our exercises are safe and are guaranteed not to cause damage to your body. Our goal at Last Chance Boot Camp is to whip YOU into the BEST SHAPE of YOUR LIFE. We specialize in weight loss, sport specific and endurance conditioning. We include nutrition and group support.
